3. Orders and Payments

• Order Process: You place orders via our website or mobile apps for pickup only.
• Pricing: Prices are in NZD and may change without notice.
• Payment: Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation when your order is accepted.
• Pickup Time: You must collect your order at the selected pickup time. Late pickups may affect food quality.
• Cancellations/Refunds: Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation. Refunds are granted only at our discretion (for example, if the wrong order is prepared).

4. Delivery

We provide a pickup-only service. No home deliveries are offered. Customers are responsible for collecting their orders from the pickup location provided during checkout.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse our Services or interfere with their operation.
• Impersonate any person or provide false information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

We reserve the right to suspend or ban users who violate these guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, images, and software used in our Services are owned or licensed by New Light Minimart & Takeaways. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Mobile App Use

Our apps may require access to:

• Location: App may use location services to suggest nearby store locations (optional).
• Notifications: To update you about your orders. You may control app permissions via your device settings.

8. Analytics and Tracking

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any delays, inaccuracies, or issues caused by third parties, including internet providers, payment processors, or delivery partners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Light Minimart & Takeaways shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including missed meals, late pickups, or app errors.
